Our Goal is Very Simple, We’re Here To Help You Fall in Love with Looking After Your Mind, Body & Soul.

We are here to help nurture and empower you, so that you can achieve the results you desire and deserve. As part of this journey, I will bestow the knowledge of tried and tested practises along with tactile cues so that you develop an in-depth awareness of what is best for you.

We are different to others as we acknowledge that this is your journey and it is incomparable to that of anyone else. With a gentle, supportive relationship we will explore and enhance your understanding of yourself, creating an enriching experience like no other. This is accomplished by reflecting on your past as well as present body issues/illnesses/surgeries as this is proven to effect how you move and perform in the present.

We are different to others as ours is a holistic approach where we respectfully recognise that caring for the mind, body and soul is a complex journey, one that cannot be rushed. This is accomplished by utilising practises steeped in the concepts of sports & exercise science, psychological science, neurolinguistical programming (NLP), nutrition, pilates, yoga and holistic therapies (reiki, mediation, massage).

Hey, I’m Claire.

For nearly 3 decades I have been privileged to help my clients (including professional athletes of various disciplines) step into their power.

I developed and honed my skills in both London and Edinburgh through many prestigious practises (including clinical settings) who embraced my knowledge, experience and passion for performance, health and wellbeing before embarking on my truly independent journey over 15 years ago.

Independence has allowed me to be true to my beliefs, to respectfully tend to the mind, body and soul each and every day. Few others practise or offer this service.

As an ex professional dancer & dance teacher (London) and a keen sports woman (distance running, swimming and trail cycling), I place immense value on self awareness, understanding our behaviours and knowing our why, especially to prevent or recover from injury/illness/fatigue.

Throughout our sessions I radiate kindness and empathy, so that we may journey together allowing you to step into a new light, a super you.
