With nearly 3 decades of experience and continued learning, I offer a unique blend of science and holistic therapies.

Personal Training will create a super you, that enjoys daily life and enhances your performance in your events, activities and sports. This offering harnesses my specialism in anatomy, postural analysis, rehabilitative exercise and mindful movement by utilising my decades of experience in dance, sports therapy, pilates (mat, reformer, chair & small equipment) and yoga to understand why your body functions and behaves the way it does.

Classes (pilates & yoga) allow you to practise and develop between Personal Training and Coaching sessions and as a stand alone practise. Daily classes are held live online (private members only site) but also through our replay offering so that you may exercise at your connivence. Be assured, your privacy is paramount and only I will be visible during the classes.

reTreats are held every 2-3 months and are a fabulous way to practise alongside others in my private studio. Each reTreat is unique in its focus and content, so that you can attend as many as you like. They are only 3 hours in length to ensure that they do not intrude on your family or work time. These can also be booked for events and private spaces/clubs/businesses.

Coaching will allow you step into your power to make longterm enriching changes to your life. It is ideal when you are competing (at any level) or are planning life changes to provide you with reflection into your daily practises and how they impact your holistic health and wellbeing. This offering combines a vast array of skills such as Psychology, NLP, mindset, mindfulness, meditation, exercise science, nutrition and Reiki.

    reTreats are hosted regularly in my private studio but can be booked for events and private spaces.

    Each reTreat is unique and is a special time where you will be able to practise with like minded others.

    These can include a blend of yoga, pilates, mindful movement, mediation, breathing techniques, intention setting, reiki and more.

    They are a true treat for the mind body and soul.
